ABOUT THE PRESENTER
A seasoned professional and leader in the field of volunteer resources management, Nikki Russell delivers workshops regionally and nationally that promote the strategic advantage of effective volunteer engagement. She delivers United Way of King County’s Volunteer Resources Management Basics and Advanced Workshop Series and is the lead trainer for United Way of King County’s Volunteer Impact Partnership and the Skills-Based Volunteer Initiative. Nichola serves on 2 national boards: the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE) and The Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration (CCVA) and serves as Chair for our local Volunteer Administrators Network (VAN) Northwest.
